Job Description:

• You become the operational right hand of the CEO and owner and manage the entire operation:
  • You think strategically about the entire logistics and operational flow and develop new processes where necessary
• You can oversee the general planning based on the production forecast
  • You follow up on the delivery of the raw materials
  • You manage the production manager
  • You work out the operational flow of new product launches
• You track the purchases:
  • You are looking for the tastiest organic vegetables, fruit and other raw materials to make juice and drinks
  • You are looking for organic ingredients and raw materials for fruit preparations
  • You compare the offers and the quality of the offer
  • You follow up the purchase contracts and their administration
  • You do this according to the calendar of the harvests
• Logistics raw materials:
  • You ensure that the raw materials are in the right place at the right time, and you arrange the transports and the associated administration.
• Operational projects
  • Such as looking for new partners for logistics, production, cultivation and processing of raw materials

Profile:

• You are passionate and work in a hands-on way
• Proactive and structured
• You are young (at heart) and your glass is always half full instead of. half empty
• You already have a few years of experience in a similar position or a position that involves a lot of project management, you can also count on your colleagues and sufficient guidance from the CEO
• You are interested in organic and healthy food
• You speak Dutch, French and English

Job description:

• You work about 10 weekend days at different locations in Belgium.

• You are present at demos at events of our customers:
  • If a customer organizes an event, we will ask you to represent our brand here. Here you will taste our drinks and give a short explanation about FRUJI to the visitors.

Profile:

• Mother tongue: Dutch and can express themselves well in French
• You are commercially minded and like to convince people
• You are interested in healthy and organic food and drinks
• You like tackling and like to talk to people
• You have time off during the weekend and can free yourself up to do a demo on Saturday or Sunday
