FRUJI’S GINGER MOJITO
INGREDIENTS
1 bottle Sparkling FRUJI Grapefruit – Ginger
5cl Rum
1/2 lime
1 lime, cut into slices
2 teaspoons of cane sugar
1 handful of fresh mint leaves
1 handful of ice cubes
PREPARE
Cut the half limes into six pieces and put them together with the mint leaves in the glass, sprinkle with cane sugar and lightly scratch the sugar into the leaves using a muddler.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the rum.
Stir everything well with fizzy FRUJI Grapefruit – Ginger.
FINISH
Decorate with two mint springs, squeeze the leaves briefly to release the fragrance and serve with a straw.
